Aufgaben
- Development and implementation of growth strategies to tap into new industries, applications and sales markets (Strategic business development)
- Identification, analysis and evaluation of new markets (Market and trend analysis)
- Identifying potential customers and developing individual market entry and sales strategies (New customer acquisition)
- Long-term and trust-based development of relationships with decision-makers and further development of existing customer networks (Building and maintaining business relationships)
- Exchange and coordination of goals and measures with globally involved employees and foreign subsidiaries (Stakeholder management)
- Creation of business plans, sales forecasts and competitive analyses to support management decision-making (Reporting)
Hard skills
- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification; alternatively commercial training with further education (e.g. business administrator)
- Several years of professional experience in business development, product management or sales in a B2B environment, ideally in fittings, building technology or industrial supply industry
- Enthusiasm for sales deals and business development
- Technical understanding and ability to position complex products and solutions in a customer-oriented manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Independent, structured and conscientious working style
- High level of commitment, teamwork and flexibility
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
