Aufgaben
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable on-premise infrastructure for identity management solutions
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar)
- Ensure high availability, resilience and security of on-premise environments
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Integrate automated testing, security scans and monitoring into CI/CD workflows
- Optimize deployment strategies for minimal downtime and rollback capabilities
- Automate deployment, scaling and recovery using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and integrate DevOps tools into development and operations workflows
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or equivalent) and develop alerts/dashboards
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security) and implement compliance controls (GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams in Agile processes; participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior DevOps engineers
- Coordinate frequently with international teams and project stakeholders
Hard skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering or on-premise environment management
- Extensive experience with on-premises infrastructure design and maintenance
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions
- Expertise in system monitoring, logging and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.)
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell
- Familiarity with security best practices in on-premises environments and compliance (GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, French or German is a plus
