Aufgaben
- Lead the end-to-end data migration process from SAP S4/HANA to GCP (planning and manufacturing areas).
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes and define required data transformation and migration needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed mapping documents for engineering teams.
- Validate data transformations and ensure alignment with business logic and expectations.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation in production environments post-migration.
- Act as central liaison between business users and engineering teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Maintain data integrity and quality across systems during and after migration.
- Provide support and guidance to engineering teams on SAP S4/HANA, SQL, and GCP integration.
Hard skills
- 7+ years of experience with and understanding of functional SAP Planning and Manufacturing areas.
- Strong experience with SAP S4/HANA.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures and DDL commands.
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven ability to understand and map complex business processes into data workflows.
- Experience in data validation, especially in production environments.
- Experience creating detailed and accurate data mapping documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Preferred: prior experience in similar end-to-end enterprise data migrations.
- Preferred: familiarity with data governance and stewardship best practices.
