Aufgaben
- Design Management in a high paced project environment in the German market
- Engage deeply with clients to ensure timely delivery meeting deadlines, budget and requirements
- Identify and deploy appropriate level and capability of resources on projects
- Ensure correct bidding and pricing of new opportunities and delivery as sold (fees and margins)
- Project management responsibilities to support delivery
- Cover multidisciplinary cross-regional teams of civil/structural (CSA) & MEP
- Assist bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
- Ensure internal and local regulatory governance is followed at bid stage and throughout project delivery
Hard skills
- Senior Multidisciplinary Design Manager with MEP / Architectural background
- Proven Data Centre (DC) experience in an accountable design manager position
- Proficient in contractual German and English
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in bidding/pricing and commercial aspects of proposals
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and cross-regional teams; team leadership experience
