Aufgaben
- Design Management in a high paced project environment for the German market
- Engage with clients across Hyperscale, Colocation and Enterprise Data Centre projects in Western Europe
- Manage multidisciplinary cross-regional teams of Civil/Structural (CSA) & MEP
- Identify and allocate the right level and capability of resources to projects
- Ensure timely delivery of projects meeting clients’ deadlines, budgets and requirements
- Responsible for bidding and pricing new opportunities; ensure delivery as sold (fees and margins)
- Assist bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
- Ensure internal and local regulatory governance is followed at bid stage and throughout project delivery
- Combine client management, project delivery and team leadership activities
Hard skills
- Senior multidisciplinary Design Manager with MEP / Architectural background
- Proven Data Centre (DC) experience in an accountable design manager position
- Proven project management capabilities (bidding, pricing, delivery oversight)
- Proficient in contractual German and English
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with cross-regional, multidisciplinary teams
