Aufgaben
- Design Management in a high paced project environment for the German market
- Ensure timely delivery meeting clients’ deadlines, budgets and requirements
- Identify and deploy appropriate level and capability of resources on projects
- Responsible for bidding and pricing of new opportunities to deliver as sold fees and margins
- Project Management activities implied (planning, coordination, delivery)
- Cover multidisciplinary cross-regional teams of CSA & MEP
- Assist bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
- Ensure internal and local regulatory governance is followed at bid stage and throughout project delivery
Hard skills
- Senior multidisciplinary Design Manager (MEP / Architectural background)
- Proven DC (Data Centre) experience in an accountable Design Manager position
- Proficient in contractual German and English
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-regional multidisciplinary teams
