Coordinate & manage the Additional Work (AW) budget including annual planning, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
Prepare and present the annual AW budget and quarterly budget performance reviews to the EPI Executive Committee and Parent Companies’ Programme Directors
Ensure all AW funding requests are processed according to governance framework and receive required approvals
Monitor budget performance via regular reporting, KPI tracking and forecasting; provide financial visibility to management and stakeholders
Develop and improve AW budget management process, governance, standardisation and integration into QMS
Plan and coordinate annual AW budget, consolidate and validate budget requirements
Lead the Additional Work Working Group to drive cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate PMO activities for Production: monitor actions, milestones and deliverables
Maintain Production action logs, dashboards and performance indicators
Prepare Production status reports and management presentations
Consolidate Production performance information and provide visibility on risks, constraints and recovery actions
Support preparation and organisation of Production governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking)
Act as deputy chairholder for the production management meeting
Manage the Production Master Schedule for new-built engines
Ensure timely communication and coordination between stakeholders in Production planning
Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through demand review preparation and serve as deputy to the Head of TPCI
Manage Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) by maintaining Internal Master File database and EPI ERP (SAP)
Contribute to Continuous Improvement of TP&CI and Production departments

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline; alternatively completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
3–5 years professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Project Management, PMO or Business Management
Sound experience in budget planning, financial reporting, governance or performance management is highly desirable
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and continuous improvement principles is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills in an international and multicultural environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience favorable
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish or French advantageous
