Own the end-to-end S&OP planning cycle for assigned products/sites, ensuring a robust, transparent and efficient planning process
Balance interdependencies of continuous fertilizer production, customer service, production stability, logistics constraints, working capital and financial performance
Integrate commercial priorities into planning by evaluating business opportunities, optimizing contribution margins, prioritizing markets and deploying constrained production capacities
Facilitate commercial decision-making in close collaboration with the Commercial Lead
Validate demand forecasts, evaluate commercial opportunities, identify supply gaps or surpluses and align production capabilities with Sales Managers and the Commercial Lead
Define and adjust product allocations and market priorities in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain Execution to establish delivery commitments and operational priorities
Support working capital optimization by incorporating Order-to-Cash cycle-time considerations into planning decisions
Track regional inventory targets to balance service levels, production stability and capital efficiency
Monitor the Production–Shipment Plan (actual vs. planned), identify deviations early and initiate corrective actions such as accelerated delivery or reallocation of volumes
Hard skills
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable field
2 to 5 years professional work experience in Supply Chain Planning (advantage)
Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills; ability to balance trade-offs and drive decisions
Structured, proactive and hands-on approach in dynamic environments
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
High IT affinity; strong Excel skills; experience with S&OP planning tools is a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
