Coordinate & manage the Additional Work (AW) budget (annual planning, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting).
Prepare and present annual AW budget and quarterly budget performance reviews to Executive Committee and Parent Companies’ Programme Directors.
Process AW funding requests according to governance framework and obtain required approvals.
Monitor budget performance via reporting, KPI tracking and forecasting; provide financial visibility to management and stakeholders.
Develop and improve AW budget management process, governance, standardisation and integration into QMS.
Plan and coordinate annual AW budget consolidation and validation.
Lead the Additional Work Working Group and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate PMO activities related to Production governance and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Monitor actions, milestones and deliverables for Production activities; maintain action logs, dashboards and performance indicators.
Prepare Production status reports and management presentations; consolidate performance information and highlight risks, constraints and recovery actions.
Support organisation of Production governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking); act as deputy chairholder for production management meeting.
Manage the Production Master Schedule for new-built engines and ensure stakeholder coordination in Production planning.
Support S&OP demand review preparation and serve as deputy to Head of TPCI.
Manage Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) records in Internal Master File and EPI ERP (SAP).
Contribute to Continuous Improvement of TP&CI and Production departments and manage projects.
Hard skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline OR completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
3–5 years professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Project Management, PMO or Business Management.
Sound experience in budget planning, financial reporting, governance or performance management is highly desirable.
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and continuous improvement principles is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured and detail-oriented approach.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills in an international/multicultural environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience favorable.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish or French advantageous.
