Aufgaben
- Contribute to the development and improvement of innovative mobility products
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings in SolidWorks
- Support product design from concept through production release
- Plan, execute and document product testing and validation activities
- Work closely with suppliers on technical solutions and component integration
- Prepare assembly instructions and production-related documentation
- Maintain engineering data and bills of materials in the company’s ERP system (Infor M3)
- Support Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Commercial teams to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements
Hard skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline
- Experience with 3D CAD and technical drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
- Understanding of GD&T, materials and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of product testing and validation methodologies
- Structured approach to technical documentation
- Basic understanding of electronics and supplier collaboration
- (Meritorious) Experience in mechanical design, product development or engineering
- (Meritorious) Experience working with ERP systems
- (Meritorious) Knowledge of FEA, simulation tools and/or Moldflow analysis
- (Meritorious) Italian language skills
- Curious, eager to learn, hands-on, strong team player, good communication skills, structured and detail focused
