Aufgaben
- Office Management: Maintains BioCryst Office in Munich (organising IT support, facility management, lease, supplies)
- Manages invoicing and budgeting in SAP in close partnership with Finance, Legal and Commercial/Medical business
- Ensures compliant document management processes and systems, including SOP management, archiving, legal retention and promotional materials
- Organises team events and congress logistics in accordance with company travel policy
- Human Resources: Partners with hiring managers and regional HR for hiring processes across functions, organises local onboarding and coordinates with HR, Payroll and other departments
- Tracks holidays, sickness, leaves of absence and notifies local authorities when relevant
- Acts as local HR point of contact for day-to-day operational matters
- Compliance: Creates and maintains agreements with HCPs, HCOs, patient organisations and vendors ensuring 100% compliance and proper review/signature
- Manages all disclosures and donations transparently and compliantly
- Logistics: Manages material lifecycle including storage and destruction in a compliant and timely fashion
Hard skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in science or business
- Fluent German (written and verbal) and very good English proficiency
- Preferred: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within pharma/biotech/healthcare
- Highly proactive, well-organised, able to work independently, prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn and grow while contributing immediately
- Fully proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Solid financial understanding; SAP expertise highly beneficial
- Flexible and willing to contribute across various areas of the pharmaceutical business
- Strong international communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across functions, countries and cultures
- Willingness to work hybrid with regular on-site presence (2–3 days/week) in Munich
