Aufgaben
- Creation of documents and presentations as well as support in document management
- Collaboration in the development of project plans and action lists
- Analysis and evaluation of data
- Standardization and further development of processes for future analyses and evaluations
- Organization and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes
Hard skills
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in in einem Studiengang wie Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Verfügbarkeit: mindestens 14 Stunden pro Woche für mindestens 12 Monate
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Stellenanzeige aus vertraglichen Gründen auf NATO- und NATO-äquivalente Staatsangehörige beschränkt
