Aufgaben
- Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers
- Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes
- Lead customer workshops and gather requirements
- Configure ERP solutions
- Support testing, validation and data migration
- Guide customers through go live phases
- Train end users and customer teams
- Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands
- Help expand our presence in the German market
- Initial 1–3 months onboarding working with Dutch colleagues/customers to learn systems, methodology and product environment
Hard skills
- Strong ERP knowledge is required
- Experience leading or supporting implementation projects
- Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes
- Experience within manufacturing environments (CTO, ETO, MES, shopfloor operations, CAD/CAM integrations)
- Able to translate customer processes into ERP standards and act as functional/strategic discussion partner
- Comfortable working in a growing market where structures are still being built
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 2–3 days per week
- Native German language skills required
- Professional English communication skills required
- Location: can live anywhere in Germany; proximity to Goch is a plus
- Quarterly travel to headquarters in Leusden (NL) required
Benefits
- Salary €4,280 to €6,585 per month
- Permanent contract with a 6 month probation period
- 36 to 40 hours per week
- Competitive base salary paid in 12 monthly installments
