Aufgaben
- Creation of documents and presentations as well as support in document management
- Collaboration in the development of project plans and action lists
- Analysis and evaluation of data
- Standardization and further development of processes for future analyses and evaluations
- Organization and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes
Hard skills
- Enrolled in a degree program such as engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Available to work at least 14 hours per week for a period of at least 12 months
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Independent working style, committed and shows initiative
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- For contractual reasons, position restricted to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
