Coordinate & manage the Additional Work (AW) budget including annual planning, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
Prepare and present the annual AW budget and quarterly budget performance reviews to Executive Committee and Parent Companies’ Programme Directors.
Process AW funding requests in accordance with governance framework and obtain required approvals.
Monitor AW budget performance via reporting, KPI tracking and forecasting; provide financial visibility to management and stakeholders.
Develop and improve AW budget management processes, governance, standardisation and integration into QMS.
Lead the Additional Work Working Group to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate PMO activities for Production, monitor actions, milestones and deliverables, maintain action logs and dashboards.
Prepare Production status reports, management presentations and consolidate performance information; highlight risks, constraints and recovery actions.
Support organisation and preparation of Production governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking) and act as deputy chairholder for production management meeting.
Manage the Production Master Schedule for new-built engines and ensure timely stakeholder communication in Production planning.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through demand review preparation and serve as deputy to Head of TPCI.
Manage Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) records in Internal Master File and EPI ERP (SAP); contribute to continuous improvement and manage projects.
Hard skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline, or completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience.
3–5 years professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Project Management, PMO or Business Management.
Sound experience in budget planning, financial reporting, governance or performance management is highly desirable.
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and continuous improvement principles is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured and detail-oriented approach.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills in an international/multicultural environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience favorable.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish or French advantageous.
