Legal Counsel (f/m/d) EMEA

• Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region
• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts
• Work on different projects
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
• Collating billing information
• Assisting with signing and closing procedures, collating signature packs and executing documents
• Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out
• Conducting legal research

• Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with relevant post-qualification experience (working experience at a law firm preferred)
• Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment
• Experience in data privacy a plus
• Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law a plus
• Good communication skills (spoken and written) with business stakeholders at all levels
• Business English essential (German a plus)
• Proactive, business-pragmatic working style
• Team player who can also work independently and prioritise according to business needs
• Organised and structured working style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus
