Overall responsibility for all data protection and privacy-related topics
Ownership of the data protection legal setup across our group companies
Coordination and collaboration with external Data Protection Officer and lawyers
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of data processing agreements, amendments and assessments
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, including cooperation agreements, license agreements, T&Cs, NDAs and other client or partner contracts
Ownership of contract controlling processes in close cooperation with the Finance team
Close collaboration with the HR department on labor law matters and guidance in developing internal policies for employees
Legal support of corporate bodies in cooperation with Finance
Responsibility for corporate law obligations, including drafting shareholder and supervisory board resolutions, and obtaining required approvals and signatures
Hard skills
Qualified lawyer or comparable legal qualification (First Law Examination)
1-5 years of professional experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm
Strong knowledge of data protection law (GDPR), commercial and contract law
Solid understanding of corporate and employment law
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic business mindset
