Aufgaben

  • Lead the strategic and operational development of a key pan-European omnichannel account, driving sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Full responsibility for overall commercial performance (sales, profitability, pricing) and develop integrated activation strategies to increase demand and customer loyalty.
  • Manage cross-country customer strategies, lead central negotiations and ensure consistent execution of joint business and growth plans.
  • Optimize omnichannel performance across all relevant touchpoints (e-commerce, digital and in-store visibility, media, conversion) using data-driven approaches to increase market share.
  • Collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams and foster effective cooperation and sharing of best practices across markets.
  • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, position the company as a preferred partner, and continuously identify new growth opportunities.
  • Regular travel within Europe to ensure close alignment with key stakeholders and markets.

Hard skills

  • Degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification; alternatively commercial background with relevant experience.
  • Solid experience in Key Account Management within the consumer goods sector, ideally focused on large retail organizations.
  • Proven track record in building and developing international retail partnerships and strong understanding of retail dynamics and integration of brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
  • Experience working within international corporate structures and managing complex, cross-functional organisations across multiple markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to align and balance diverse interests at senior management level.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Fluent in German and English; comfortable operating in an international business environment.
