Aufgaben
- Consult with the client to define and document business requirements
- Understand business processes of applications to provide guidance in application selection
- Work with application development/ERP implementation team to outline work plan and deliverables
- Respond to client ad-hoc requests (data extracts, in-depth data analysis, user application training, how-to questions, application troubleshooting)
- Project manage implementation (cost and timing) of ERP systems or other enterprise applications
Hard skills
- Three to five years experience as an ERP or MES functional consultant or solution architect
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with business and IT teams
- Strong presentation skills to present status and findings to clients
- Analytical problem solving skills: define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Past experience managing an ERP implementation or project-managing an enterprise application development project
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- ERP or MES functional consulting experience
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology Development, or Automotive is desired
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
