Aufgaben
- Provide 1st Level Support to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
- Process and monitor technical incidents
- Advise and support customers regarding functional requests
- Assist customers in resolving 1st level issues
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Participate in service improvement initiatives and provide feedback on support workflows
Hard skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Previous customer service-related experience
- Proactive and analytical approach
