- Develop and grow targeted key account levels.
- Prospect and create new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline while ensuring all sales administration is up to date.
- Develop sales plans and forecasts for the territory, managing KPIs.
- Execute sales development for strategic customers based on volume/value potential or strategic expansion of existing accounts.
- Manage all pricing and gross margins within budgeted levels and business unit pricing procedures.
- Build strong partnerships with marketing, operations, and business unit resources.
- Present NSF International solutions and services to clients through various communication methods.
- Analyze sector and segment needs and expectations to develop sales plans and forecasts.
- Drive sales management and pipeline efficiency to ensure transparency in opportunities.
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all sales planning activities with other functions and stakeholders.
Hard skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the TIC industry or lab services.
- Proven successful experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and develop new businesses and build a network.
- Creative and entrepreneurial thinking to exploit niche and enterprise-level opportunities.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Fluent in German and possess good English skills.
- Located in Germany, preferably in northern North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, or Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein.
