Aufgaben
- Administer the Payroll including data collection, data changes, entering new employee’s data, and checking payroll data.
- Ensure payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with all federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements.
- Run the monthly payroll and process all the necessary work related to it.
- Process salary continuation cases such as Illness, Accident, and Maternity Leave.
- Handle child and education allowances.
- Assist in ensuring any regular finance, compliance, and audit reporting as per agreed timescales.
- Assist with audits and reconciliations of payroll data as required.
- Perform other Payroll related activities as needed.
Hard skills
- Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR/Accounting or a Diploma in payroll is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Payroll, Accounting, etc.) is necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss Social Insurance System is essential.
- Advanced computer and software skills; SAP payroll experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
