Sales Manager SC EU (m/w/d)

• Develop, implement and drive the commercial strategy to deliver above market growth rates and identify growth opportunities for existing and new product lines
• Accountability and ownership for all commercial and sales activities for various OEM accounts; develop and deploy goals for sales teams to meet/exceed annual and long range plans
• Support data collection and presentation for AP and LRP
• Coordinate sales activities with SC China and US for European OEMs acting globally
• Collaborate with the Innovation Team to support the Customer Back Innovation Process; discover customer pain points to develop value-based product solutions
• Drive product line and customer profitability and financial results using ITW toolbox; apply 80/20 mindset to improve year-over-year
• Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team; act as role model for value selling and aggressive growth mindset
• Demonstrate personal effectiveness and leadership to create a culture of high performance and inclusive leadership aligned with ITW cultures and values

• Strong international and interdisciplinary communication skills with internal and external customers
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of customer requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering or industrial engineering (or similar)
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management and/or account management
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and plastic manufacturing
• Experience with ASPICE and FuSA (FUSA) requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Very good German and English language skills
