Tasks
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts.
- Contact existing customers in your portfolio for a consultation.
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets while being part of a larger sales team.
- Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns.
- Encourage clients to try new marketing strategies.
- Navigate the client to implement campaign suggestions.
- Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills.
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to overall team sales targets.
Hard skills
- Verbal and written bilingual proficiency in both German (minimum B2+/C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Sales aptitude.
- Goal orientation.
- Computer savvy.
- Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area.
