Tasks

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts.
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio for a consultation.
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets while being part of a larger sales team.
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns.
  • Encourage clients to try new marketing strategies.
  • Navigate the client to implement campaign suggestions.
  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills.
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to overall team sales targets.

Hard skills

  • Verbal and written bilingual proficiency in both German (minimum B2+/C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Sales aptitude.
  • Goal orientation.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area.
