Manage the event timeline, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all events meet objectives and deadlines.
Work closely with the sales team and key external partners to ensure maximum engagement and ROI for all trade events.
Collaborate with internal teams across various departments, managing complex processes in a matrix organization.
Coordinate and align efforts between regional, national, and global teams to implement trade marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of trade marketing activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving trade marketing tactics based on market data and consumer behavior analysis.
For each collection launch, build a detailed plan that outlines how to reach target customers.
Focus on the target audience, marketing plan, sales strategy, distribution channels, and pricing approach.
Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various activities.
Track and report on budget performance to ensure cost-effective execution of trade marketing campaigns and events.
Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
Present insights to leadership on trade performance, event outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Hard skills
Completed commercial training or studies in economics.
At least 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing, marketing or sales, preferably in a fast-paced, matrix-driven organization.
Language skills: Excellent English and a good command of German. Italian or any other language is a plus.
Very good user knowledge of ERP systems/ BI systems/ CRM systems (i.e. SAP / SalesForce). Knowledge of marketing software tools is a plus.
Presentation confidence and rhetorical skills.
