Tasks
- Handling administrative HR tasks, including personnel file management
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation
- Supporting payroll processes and compliance initiatives
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Occasional travel to the other German plants and limited international travel for training sessions or meetings
Hard skills
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an operational role
- Familiarity with payroll and administrative HR tasks
- Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (corporate language)
