Working Student - Organizational Developement (m/f/d)

• Collection and preparation of relevant data from various sources (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Creation of clear dashboards and visualizations (e.g. Power BI) to present metrics, progress and risks
• Co-designing the physical Obeya space
• Creation of templates and patterns for the visualization of information
• Supporting the organization of regular meetings and workshops in the Obeya space
• Documentation of decisions and measures
• Creating presentations and training materials to introduce the Obeya concept to team members
• Identification of improvement potentials in the Obeya setup and processes
• Development of new ideas and suggestions for optimization

• Enrolled student in the area of industrial engineering, economics, adult education or similar
• Ability to understand and summarize complex issues
• Good communication skills and interest in working with people
• Understanding and visualizing facts
• Interest in change management and agile management
• Fluent in English and German

• Remote work options within Germany
• Duration: 6 months with the option to extend
• Flexible working hours: 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break

We are evaluating potential partnerships in regions abroad and leads activities to successfully complete potential partnership negotiations. We ensure, that regional strategies are fitting to the overall strategy of CARIAD.
