General Manager Mosca Direct Spain (m/w/d)

• As General Manager of our subsidiary Mosca Direct Spain, you will be responsible for managing this local Sales & Service organizational unit and implementing the strategic goals of the Mosca Group in the assigned country region with an innovative team
• You will define corporate goals and guidelines derived from the overall strategy and manage, coordinate and monitor all processes
• Together with the responsible Sales Director and the team of Area Sales Managers, you will further develop the sales activities both operationally and strategically in close cooperation with the global Sales & Service division management
• You will promote customer and supplier relationships with a view to sales growth and the development of new sales potential/markets
• In addition, you will use professional business processes to ensure the achievement of annually agreed budget targets with a view to the long-term orientation of the company, market positioning and profit-orientated employee growth
• In addition to organizing, coordinating and improving smooth work processes and quality assurance, you will motivate, empower and develop your employees and transfer responsibility to them according to their competencies

• Successfully completed business studies (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on business administration/sales or comparable qualification
• Sound business management and sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry
• Entrepreneurial approach and a high level of initiative, which is also reflected in organizational development
• Leadership expertise and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinking as well as an analytical and structured way of working
• Support the team with a hands-on mentality and empathy
• Strong negotiation skills in both Spanish and English
