  • To bring software-driven innovations to the customer even faster and more efficiently in Mercedes quality in the future, we are continuously increasing the development depth with MB.OS.
  • Our team's role is to develop and establish the future Automotive SPICE compliant and efficient process landscape (ASPICE CL >= 3) for MB.OS. In doing so, we attach particular importance to offering optimized and agile processes to the developers from the various MB.OS development units as well as to defining common standards for MB.OS.

  • In this role, you will take on an important function by helping the team to design processes and methods for software development.
  • These are some of the challenges you will face:
  • Support in as-is process mapping and modeling as well as process analysis and the development of E2E processes
  • Support in the development of process models, use cases, process descriptions and training documents as part of various customer projects
  • Assistance in the further development of our portfolio in the competence field of process management: methods & tools

Hard skills

  • Ongoing studies in engineering, computer science or a comparable degree program
  • Interest in the automotive industry and the development of software solutions in the automotive sector
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Commitment and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
  • Knowledge of process and method design, and if possible, particularly about A-SPICE and agile development models
