Technical Superintendent (m/w/d)

• Responsible for the technical support and maintenance of our fleet
• Planning and monitoring maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations and standards
• Carrying out inspections and audits on board
• Cost control and budget planning for technical operations
• Supporting the selection and procurement of spare parts and equipment
• Working closely with the ship's crew and external service providers
• Preparation of reports and documentation

• Completed studies in the field of shipbuilding, marine engineering, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally as Technical Superintendent or Chief Engineer
• Sound knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and initiative
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness for occasional travel and shipboard visits
• Good written and spoken English skills
