  • Lead Opportunity creation, opportunity progression, opportunity closure in SAP areas: SAP Business Transformation Center, SAP Integration, SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Provide demonstration of Kyndryl credentials in SAP and more specifically SAP cloud services
  • Work closely with the local solution design teams in developing business bases, client presentations and SOWs
  • Provide a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, client references
  • Become a recognized thought leader in SAP cloud services, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of Kyndryl credentials
  • Be accountable for driving signings in the Alps market
  • Support end to end delivery of SAP work for client and ensure what's sold is getting delivered to satisfaction of client and 10/10 Net Promoter Score from client, and delight clients.
  • Work on helping organize project approaches and teams for client delivery
  • Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity
  • Help resolve project issues as they arise
  • Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the SAP Services portfolio
  • Provide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement
  • Contribute content and advice to the offering development process
  • Help shape the emerging model of the global SAP practice
  • Help establish capability and skills models for the core domains
  • Become a role model for global practitioners in the core domains

Hard skills

  • Extensive experience and recent proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm (Big 5 or boutiques) with delivery and business development success and growth
  • Established history combining SAP consulting, sales, and delivery; experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans
  • Demonstrated record creating & executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernization
  • Track record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus, proven ability to present strategic content and drive transformation across a broad range of stakeholders (executive, tech, etc.)
  • Differentiated industry expertise (in at least one of: Consumer / Travel, Financial Services, Media/Communications / Energy, Healthcare / Life Sciences or Government) and depth across technology and IT trends, challenges, solutions, market dynamics, competition, and peer group activities
  • Demonstrated ability to shape large complex, multi-competency deals across the Kyndryl Practices portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Applications, Data/AI, Network & Edge, Datacenter, Security, Resiliency, and/or Digital Workplace Services)
  • Experience with Statement of Work / Contract development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Deep experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and GCP) across large optimization, migration, and modernization solutions. Familiarity with their methods, ways to partner and cloud capabilities
  • Fluent in English and German
  • SAP and/or Cloud certifications
  • Extensive experience in an SAP technology sales environment with a specific focus on SAP basis including the various migration strategies to drive client transformations
  • Capability to transform business applicative requirements into SAP technical components
  • Knowledge about SAP sales programs such as SAP RISE

Your actual salary will be agreed in a personal interview, considering your professional experience and qualifications and might be significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
