  • Your mission as Key Account Manager – Machine Vision and Advanced Technologies – EMEA
  • Are you eager to spearhead the growth and strate­gic direc­tion of global key accounts within an innovative techno­logy company? As one of our Key Account Managers in the EMEA region, you are pivotal in nurtu­ring long-term, sustainable revenue growth and actively contri­buting to our new go-to-market strate­gies.
  • Global key account management: Oversee and expand relation­ships with strategic global accounts by deli­vering bespoke solutions that address their unique challenges and needs. Your goal is to fortify our pre­sence and influence within the industry, ensuring we become an indis­pensable partner.
  • Strategic sales develop­ment: Shape and refine our global key account strategy to strengthen durable custo­mer relation­ships and boost sus­tainable revenue growth. You will craft and execute sales tactics that not only focus on imme­diate gains but also position us as market leaders in the long term.
  • Innovative solu­tions advocacy: Act as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams to ensure that client require­ments are seamlessly inte­grated into our product development. This includes leveraging cutting-edge machine vision techno­logies to deliver added value through solutions that are both inno­vative and practical.
  • Cross-functional colla­boration: Work closely with pro­duct management, tech­nical teams, and marke­ting to align on customer needs, ensu­ring comprehensive support and satis­faction through every phase of the client journey.

Hard skills

  • Education: Degree in engineering, business adminis­tration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Senior-level expe­rience in key account manage­ment or business develop­ment is required, with a back­ground in machine vision pre­ferred but not essential. Candidates may also qualify with exper­tise in rela­ted sectors such as auto­mation technology, aerospace, indus­trial, or elec­tronic manufacturing, or comparable fields. Proven track record in strate­gic account leader­ship, swift adaptation to new structures, and refining busi­ness concepts to drive enhanced revenue growth.
  • Technical skills: You are profi­cient in modern technologies such as AI, LLM tools, and are adept at prompt enginee­ring. You can dis­cuss complex technical content clearly and effectively.
  • Personal quali­ties: With a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach, you excel in relation­ship manage­ment and networ­king. Your strong communi­cation skills enable you to nego­tiate and influence at all organi­zational levels, and your adapta­bility allows you to thrive in a dynamic environ­ment.
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and Eng­lish is essen­tial, with additional languages being an advantage.
