  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities with potential customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads
  • Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
  • Maintain beneficial relationships with customers
  • Ensure good communication flow with internal / external customers
  • Attend to industry events and shows of Bicycle, Outdoor and Marine products
  • Ensure regular report to management

  • Qualifications:
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Committed, self-motivated and pro-active team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in German
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Min. 2-year College degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing or Technic
  • Experience in Bicycle, Outdoor or Marine Industry (product category / retail business / brand)
  • Proven work experience in Sales
  • Commands of additional languages, such as Korean, French, Italian and Spanish

Team BOM’s mission is to develop and promote the SENA product sales in the Bicycle/Outdoor/Marine markets in Europe. And you will contribute to the dealer sales network development in Germany.
