Tasks

  • You are responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the quality system with regards IATF 16949 requirements
  • You organize quality system audits in accordance with the audit schedule
  • Ensure readiness to ISO, IATF, VDA, customer (re-)certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits
  • You perform any other internal audits (cross audits, process audits, project audits, StEDE, etc.) allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard
  • You prepare the quality system management review – providing deployment status to the management staff
  • You train people on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal ISO/TS auditors
  • You ensure internal procedure/policy are in line with customer and automotive industry requirements
  • You monitor conformance by audit, as management representative
  • You perform quality reporting (reliability, coherence, transparency)
  • Organize self-assessments and pre-audits for customer audits (MMOG, supplier health check, QSB+, etc.)
  • You support the coordination of the systemic recovery plan
  • You ensure that the customer portals can be accessed for each customer which has a supplier portal, and that monthly reviews of the customer-specific requirements (CSR) are done, and any changes in the CSR are communicated to project and operational team members
  • You ensure changes and updates from group QMS community are transferred into DRS network and implemented into PL organization

Hard skills

  • You have a degree in engineering or equivalent education
  • You have an extensive professional experience preferably in the automotive sector and quality
  • You have a high competence in the area of quality assessments
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively in international and multi-site development teams
  • You are flexible, assertive and target-oriented
  • You speak German and English fluently
