Tasks

  • In your role as a Requirements Engineer (m/f/d), you conduct analyses and assessments, identify requirements, and align them with stakeholders.
  • You manage solutions and platforms that are used internationally in our SAP R3 or S4/HANA environment for Supply Chain Management, Finance, Sales, and Service.
  • Additionally, you outline and oversee the implementation of digitization projects across various disciplines, both nationally and internationally.
  • You support application operations and coordinate collaboration with external service providers and offshore teams.
  • You share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues, offering best practices, templates, and internal training.

Hard skills

  • A degree in business or technology (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration), or equivalent qualification.
  • Project experience in Requirements Engineering and methodological competence (e.g., User Story Mapping, Story Points, Business Process Modeling, creativity techniques).
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of IT solutions is advantageous. Knowledge of agile project management methods like SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc., is desirable.
  • Good German and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong solution orientation and process affinity, coupled with a business-oriented mindset and the determination to make a difference.
