• Responsibility for the implementation, organization and management of all finance and controlling activities
• Further development of profitability from the point of view of economic efficiency and cost optimization
• Improving risk management
• Management of Finance and Controlling department, ideally also the IT department
• Creation of budgets and forecasts as well as monthly and quarterly reports for the management; ensuring the reporting to our Chinese parent company
• Control of the overall budget including budget planning
• Carrying out deviation analyzes and deriving strategies for action
• Preparation and responsibility of financial statements according to HGB, IFRS etc.
• Ensuring investment, financial and liquidity planning
• Responsibility for the timely processing of payment transactions
• Ensuring the flow of information between Finance & Controlling and other departments
• Advising the management on key figure-oriented corporate management
• Contact person for our Chinese parent company, foreign subsidiaries, public account, tax consultants, authorities, banks and insurance companies
• Conducting negotiations with investors and banks, actively participating and supporting external audits
• Further development and optimization of existing structures

• Your profile - professional and personal
• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling or a comparable university degree
• At least 8 years of professional and managerial experience, most recently in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized, international production environment
• Balance sheet security according to HGB and IFRS in theory and practice
• Strong expertise in the areas of taxes and tax compliance)
• Goal-oriented, economical and strategic thinking paired with a structured and operative, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• High analytical skills backed by a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and strong IT skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
