• These challenges await you:
• Develop and Review Test Documents (write, update, and review the Test Strategy, Test Policy, and Test Plan. Coordinate Test Strategy and Plan with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and other stakeholders)
• Plan Test Activities, Tasks, and Resources (Plan and Monitor Test activities and Tasks considering the Test Objective and Risks. Select a test approach and define tests, test cycles)
• Initiate, Monitor, and Control Test Activities (Initiate the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of tests. Monitor test progress and results and check the status of exit criteria)
• Prepare and Deliver Test Reports (Introduce suitable metrics for measuring test progress and evaluate the quality of the testing and the product. Prepare and deliver test progress reports and summary reports based on the information gathered from the team and test execution results)
• Ensure that everybody is aligned to project goals
• Present the HiL-test results, test drives, test workshops as well as winter and summer tests
• Participate in relevant boards and as well as support shaping the direction of your team within the engineering organization

• Your qualifications:
• At least you have a master’s degree in electrical engineering
• You are familiar with all aspects of battery management system engineering esp. with the according regulations & requirements
• You possess a multi-year experience within mechatronics/electronics engineering, especially focusing on batteries
• You are familiar with the DT product spectrum and the requirements derived from the rough truck environment
• Preferably you are nominated as ES (German: Elektro-Fachkraft, EFK)
• You thrive in a dynamic and volatile environment and bring with you a “can-do” attitude to make things happen
• You have experience in working in a multi-national team
• You have excellent English skills
• You are willing to travel internationally time by time
• Preferably you possesses a driver’s license class CE
