Junior SAP Information and Process Modeler

• Do you have basic knowledge in financial or logistical processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA and are you looking for a new challenge?
• We are looking to strengthen our organization with a junior position to work as an inhouse consultant supporting us in our business transformation in the light of a greenfield S/4 implementation. You will report directly to the manager of ERP Financial Solutions.
• The location of this position is flexible (Berlin, Amsterdam, Katowice or Stockholm). Some travel to our other core locations will be required.
• Your responsibilities and tasks as Junior SAP Information and Process Modeler:
• Develop harmonized process documentation approach for all SAP corporate business processes
• Translate business process description into normalized process models
• Connect business process steps with IT system and/or functionality
• Setup and maintain the technical solution for process models and documentation
• Implement and coordinate changes together with other departments in the area of process modelling and documentation
• Support Business process model/documentation related questions
• Train and support end users, key users and IT users
• Join S/4 HANA implementation project and continuation within governance organization

• Who are you?
• To fit perfectly into our team of SAP Specialists you should have basic knowledge in the area of SAP classic modules and processes like record to report or order to cash as well as basic knowledge about corresponding SAP modules like FI, CO or MM. Preferably you know SAP Solution manager already and are familiar with basic functionality.
• Furthermore preferably you have:
• University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferred in information technology or economy
• At least 1 year experience in one or more SAP ERP applications or SAP Solution Manager
• Flexibility and understanding of complex IT related subject matter
• Basic knowledge in process analysis and business processs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through with strong problem-solving skills
• Proven pro-active and result driven attitude with a strong team work ability and a talent to motivate team members and to ensure all move towards the same end results
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Natural enthusiasm and open-minded
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Fluent English in writing and verbally
