Marketing & Event Manager with Focus on Strategic Projects

• You will lead specific areas of marketing & communications, focused on strategic projects, event management and growth strategies.
• You will develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the association's goals and strategic projects with various stakeholders.
• You will plan and organize events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to promote the association's initiatives and attract participants.
• You will support strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, corporations, and other non-profit organizations.
• You will create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and membership retention.
• You will implement innovative approaches to increase membership acquisition and design a continuous membership and end user journey as well as drive the growth of implementation projects.
• You will manage the budget for your area efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• You will support communication activities such as public relations and other for specific topics & projects.
• You will support the development of communication materials & content (in different formats) to effectively tell our story.
• You will support the development and implementation of our internationalization & community activities and tools (CRM, Member Management Platforms, etc.).
• You will support the development of our social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X).

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing & event management positions in a B2B environment.
• Experience and motivation in working with various stakeholders such as SMEs, corporations, political organizations, research institutes, non-profit organizations, C-Levels & industrial influencers.
• Considerable experience in organizing events, conferences, fairs, and webinars.
• Extensive knowledge of online marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
• Understanding of various industries.
• Readiness to dive into various content areas and formats.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for various audiences.
• Flexible mindset and readiness to work in an agile & diverse team.
• Fluency in German and English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
• You are based in Munich.
