Tasks

  • Main responsibility in daily business of Operational IT related to the following areas:
  • Manage & Control IT delivery services
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level IT support and coordinate Helpdesk
  • (Major-) Incident Management, Problem Management
  • Coordination of Business-, IT- and Provider Meetings in major issues
  • Point of contact for audit topics related to IT Operations RUN part
  • Continuously improvements in Monitoring of Production and Non-Prod environment
  • Strong alignment with Change Management and Development Team
  • Resp. for escalations and alignments about Incident, Problem & Root Cause Analysis
  • Coming from your knowledge in those areas you're also able to find improvements in those process areas.
  • Willingness to work in shift mode in a challenging environment.
  • Working as well in various projects as project lead in IT Operation tasks.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar education
  • Experience in IT or Computer Science at least 3-5 years
  • Fundamental knowledge in IT frameworks, e.g., ITIL, Prince2, CoBit, Scrum
  • Willingness to work in shift mode to cover the core hours of the IT team from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Team Player
  • Ideally ITIL Knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
