Senior Auditor (m/f/d)

• Participate in financial audits and advisory projects for John Deere units worldwide, including new acquisitions.
• Perform reviews and testing of business processes and accounting transactions to evaluate risks on financial reporting (US GAAP only)
• Regularly perform first level reviews on auditors’ workpapers
• Complete advisory reviews/engagements to support the business with process evaluation, system implementations, or other internal consulting projects
• Implementation of specialized projects in agreement
• Work on improvement projects to make Internal Audit more efficient, risk oriented and a more value adding stakeholder for the business
• Build trusted working relationships with the auditee and support their work
• Communicate audit / review results to the Auditor Supervisor / Internal Audit Manager

• Business administration degree (Master), preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting or Controlling or equivalent
• 3-5 years of professional experience in external/internal auditing
• Good understanding of SOX, internal controls and US GAAP beneficial
• Analytical skills and ability to think out of the box
• Highly engaged and motivated to work in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus a very good command of English
• Analytical and IT skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge an asset
